Return Policy
We want you and your baby to love your Tricot Bebe. Every product we create is crafted with care, quality, and comfort in mind—stitched with love in every detail. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Full Refund: Eligible returns must be sent back within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at purchase.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for your desired item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Orders covered by Checkout+ include a free return shipping label for eligible returns. We accept returns only via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
