We want you and your little one to love your Tricot Bebe purchase. Each piece is crafted with care, comfort, and quality in mind. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Full Refunds: Items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Returns sent within 14 business days of receiving your order are eligible for store credit.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We only accept returns shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following the policy above.
